Motivating the team by giving training and generating the ideas from the team for better improvement of the company.
- Achieving the shift output target vs actual.
- Reduction of IPR.
- .Achieving the OTM%
- Part fg reduction
- Collaboration with team to achieve desired targets in Production.
- Have good handling of man power management.
- Have good knowledge of lean manufacturing system.
- Have good knowledge of Root cause analysis & 7 QC tools.
- Have good knowledge on lead time reduction by providing creative ideas.
- 5 S & TPM Implementation in shop floor.
- Have Good knowledge on presentation & communication skills.
