- Experienced candidates from International Voice Process, Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center backgrounds are also eligible.
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.

- Maintain process compliance and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
