Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and skilled Trainer who possesses strong hands-on clinical expertise, excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively transfer knowledge to therapists and clinical staff. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting structured training programs, ensuring standardization of protocols, and enhancing service quality across centers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

Conduct hands-on practical training sessions for therapists and clinical staff.Deliver classroom and on-floor training on treatment protocols, SOPs, and client handling.Demonstrate procedures with clarity and confidence.

2. Knowledge Transfer

Simplify complex clinical concepts for easy understanding.Ensure effective transfer of technical and procedural knowledge.Assess trainees understanding and provide constructive feedback.

3. Communication & Presentation





Exhibit strong oral communication skills.Engage participants through interactive sessions.Address queries confidently and clearly.

4. Quality & Standardization

Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and safety standards.Conduct refresher trainings and skill upgradation programs.Monitor post-training performance and suggest improvements.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.Share feedback reports with management.
