- Prepare detailed reports on lease abstracts, highlighting key terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions for their real estate needs.
- Develop expertise in specific geographic regions or industries to offer specialized advice.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field.
- Robust understanding of DCF modeling techniques for property valuation.
- Proficiency in lease abstraction software tools (e.g. Lease Abstraction Toolkit).
- Experience working with commercial real estate properties, preferably in the United States.
