We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence / Founders Office Generalist at ZeroCAC, an AI-led creative tech and digital marketing agency working with D2C, B2C, and growth-stage brands.

This is a high-ownership generalist role for someone who can work closely with the founders and help move important business, growth, client, and internal initiatives forward.

We are looking for someone with strong common sense, execution ability, business understanding, and the ability to get things done without constant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the founders on business, growth, client, and operations initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, performance marketing, design, tech, and client servicing.
- Convert founder inputs into clear action plans, trackers, timelines, follow-ups, and execution steps.
- Support client research, competitor research, market research, proposal creation, and strategy documents.
- Help create pitch decks, internal SOPs, business reports, execution trackers, and process documents.
- Identify bottlenecks across teams and push tasks to closure.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution does not get stuck.
- Support new service launches, growth experiments, hiring coordination, and client onboarding where required.
- Use AI tools for research, documentation, productivity, reporting, and faster execution.

Requirements:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in founder’s office, strategy, operations, business analysis,



project management, growth, consulting, or startup roles.
- Strong common sense and practical business understanding.
- High ownership and ability to get things done independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work directly with founders and senior team members.
- Strong research, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and teams.
- Ability to think strategically but also execute ground-level tasks.
- Good understanding of startups, marketing, digital businesses, technology, or D2C brands.
- Ability to use AI tools for research, documentation, workflow improvement, and execution speed.

Good to Have:

- Prior experience in a founder’s office, startup, agency, SaaS, D2C, ecommerce, or consulting environment.
- Experience creating proposals, reports, trackers, SOPs, or strategy documents.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, content, sales, branding, and business operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
