We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Eligibility:
- Female candidates only.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
