3. Solid Knowledge in CMDB
4. Strong knowledge in ITOM Module
5. Utilizing flow designer for ServiceNow.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use.
- Understand the current as is processes” and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
- Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes
- Work closely with BA’s, Architects, Testing team and process teams.
- Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
