We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated female graduates who are interested in building a career in Non-IT Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the HR domain and grow with a dynamic recruitment team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Women candidates only
- Freshers only
- Graduates from 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-out batches
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Non-IT Recruitment
- Passionate about pursuing a career in HR Recruitment
- Immediate joiners only
Salary & Benefits
- 13,000 Take-Home Salary for the first 3 months
- Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
- Salary hike from the 4th month based on individual performance
- Candidates with HR Internship experience are eligible for 15,000 Take-Home Salary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets
Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
