Senior HR Executive

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions, including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes

•Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluations

•Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

•Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

•Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs

•Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies





•Coordinate payroll inputs and employee advantages

•Organize training and development programs

•Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

•Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

•3–6 years of HR experience

•Strong knowledge of HR practices and Indian labor laws

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to manage confidential information with integrity

•Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
