Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

- Manage end-to-end project execution from deep foundation to finishing, ensuring strict adherence to the master construction programme and per-floor cycle.
- Prepare and maintain detailed look-ahead schedules using MS Project or Primavera, including catch-up plans to mitigate delays.
- Oversee project logistics, including tower crane erection, climbing sequences, material hoisting, and site access for concrete pumps.

Myone Technology Management:

- Supervise the assembly and striking of high-strength aluminum formwork panels, ensuring correct sequencing for wall, slab, and beam components.
- Coordinate steel reinforcement placement with high precision to guarantee perfect fit with aluminum formwork panels.
- Manage formwork inventory to ensure maximum panel utilization and daily cleaning for reuse cycles.

Stakeholder & Site Coordination:

- Coordinate daily with architects, structural consultants, and MEP engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies and buildability issues prior to casting.
- Manage subcontractors across all trades (formwork, rebar, concrete, MEP, finishing) to ensure work is executed as per approved method statements.
- Act as the primary site representative for all construction matters in the Project Managers absence.

Quality,



Safety & Cost Control:

- Enforce strict quality control of concrete pours, formwork alignment, and finishing works to achieve mirror-smooth surfaces without plastering.
- Ensure all site activities comply with statutory safety regulations, with particular focus on working at heights and formwork striking protocols.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage of concrete and formwork components through accurate forecasting.
- Track project costs, verify subcontractor bills, and assist in budget control and billing.

Team Leadership:

- Lead a team of site engineers, supervisors, and foremen, fostering a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, progress meetings, and report project status transparently to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in high-rise residential construction, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Myone / Aluminum Formwork (Mivan) technology on projects of G+10 floors or more.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
