Role: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location:: DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales/US Staffing Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, implementation partners, and direct clients
- Robust understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC)
- Experience working with tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099Source and identify requirements through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other job portals
- Submit qualified consultant profiles and manage the submission lifecycle
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and placement activities
- Negotiate billing rates and contract terms with vendors and clients
- Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and recruiting partners
- Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability
- Experience with ATS/VMS tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
