Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete HR function of the organization.

Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures.

Drive recruitment and manpower planning across departments.

Manage performance appraisal, KPIs/KRAs, and employee development.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.

Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, and employee advantages.

Plan and conduct employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.

Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for management.

Partner with management on organizational development and succession planning.

Preferred candidate profile
