Role & responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines, welding machines and production equipment.
- Assist in machine setup and production activities.
- Perform assembly of hydraulic cylinders and components.
- Carry out basic inspection and testing of components.
- Read engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain quality standards and production targets.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement and 5S activities.
- Work effectively as part of the production team.

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI in Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, CNC Operator or equivalent trade.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
- Pass-out Year: 2024 / 2025 / 2026.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Valuable learning attitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of machining, welding or assembly operations will be an added advantage.
