- Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Designing & preparing itineraries for outbound, Domestic & International Market as well.
- Handling international & Domestic bookings & documentation.
- Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
- Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
- International Destination Knowledge needed like Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea,Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam etc.
- Should have experience in travel company.
- Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow- up.
- Self-motivated, resourceful
- Should be a quick learner.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking setting
- Work collaboratively with team members, such as the marketing team, to develop effective marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
