This includes monitoring NPAs, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to minimize financial risks.

Maintain constant connection with customers through regular outreach (Calls & Field Visits)
- Agencies & Dealer Management
1. Review the collection agencies and the dealer portfolio on regular basis
- Document Management
1. Ensure all collection documents are submitted correctly and on time
- Audit Compliance
1. To ensure strict adherence to the collection policies and procedures
