ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be the first point of contact between potential customers and Riverview Finserve's financial products. You will identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients helping them understand their loan options while ensuring a steady pipeline of business for the team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, are target-driven, and want to build a career in financial services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify potential customers through referrals, online platforms, field visits, and networking
Generate leads by reaching out to prospects via calls, messages, and social media
Understand customer needs and assess their eligibility for various loan products




¢ Maintain and update the lead database with accurate customer details and follow-up status
¢ Follow up diligently with interested prospects and guide them through the next steps of the loan process
¢ Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for documentation and loan processing support
¢ Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
¢ Prepare and submit regular activity reports on lead generation progress
¢ Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects through professional communication

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
¢ Bachelor's degree holder with 02 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality
¢ Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory candidate must be able to speak and communicate fluently in Tamil
¢ Basic understanding of loan or financial products is an advantage
¢ Self-starter who can work independently in a target-driven environment
¢ Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
¢ Comfortable with biometric attendance, office discipline, and structured work timings
