Job Description

Bright Birds School is looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners from Play Group to Prep. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Teach through play-based and activity-based methods.
- Develop children's communication, social, motor, and cognitive skills.
- Maintain discipline with a positive and caring approach.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Conduct rhymes, storytelling, phonics, art & craft, music, and fun learning activities.
- Monitor each child's progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and child-friendly.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Passionate about working with young children.
- Pleasant personality with patience and empathy.
- Valuable spoken English and Hindi.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to manage a classroom independently.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
