We are Hiring | Marketing & Communications Manager / Assistant Manager

We are looking for passionate and creative professionals to join our energetic team in the Marketing & Communications department.

Role & responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

- Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create promotional campaigns to drive room occupancy, F&B; revenue, weddings, banquets, spa, and other hotel outlets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences.

Digital Marketing

- Manage the hotel's website and ensure content is current and optimized.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Public Relations

- Build relationships with media houses, influencers, travel writers, and corporate partners.

Brand Management

- Ensure all communication adheres to brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across printed materials, digital platforms, and promotional collateral.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, and printers.

Event Marketing

- Promote hotel events, festive promotions, food festivals, and corporate events.
- Work closely with F&B;, Sales, Banquets,



and Operations for promotional activities.

Content Creation

- Develop marketing content, including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and promotional videos.

Revenue Support

- Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales to promote seasonal offers.
- Support business generation through targeted campaigns.
- Measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Budget Management

- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and vendor payments.
- Negotiate with advertising agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- An MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications within luxury hotels or premium hospitality brands.
- Experience with 5-star or luxury hotel brands is preferred.
