About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our dealer and distributor network, increase market presence, and drive primary & secondary sales across the assigned territory. This is a pure field-sales role requiring regular market visits, relationship building, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint recent distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and plumbers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Execute promotional activities, product launches, branding, and dealer meets.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain regular communication with the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Experience





- 35 years of field sales/business development experience in Building Materials.
- Experience in products such as Water Tanks, PVC Pipes, Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Iron & Steel, or Electrical Products.
- Candidates from FMCG, Insurance, Automobile, Mobile, Medical, or Education Sales will not be considered.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel extensively, including outstation visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting customers independently.
- Candidates with prior experience in Water Tanks or PVC Pipes will be given preference.
