Engineer Hospital Site & Design Coordination

Were looking for a technically robust MEP Engineer with solid experience in hospital projects, capable of handling site execution, design coordination, and client interactions with clarity and confidence.

You will lead MEP coordination across hospital departments, ensure technical compliance, and act as the key interface between design teams, site contractors, and clients. This role demands both handson site expertise and strong communication skills for smooth project delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee MEP execution at hospital sites HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, MGPS
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP design teams
- Review and interpret MEP GFC drawings, schematics, and builder’s work details
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design intent
- Lead client and consultant meetings with clear,

- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and coordination documentation
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NBC, NFPA, and hospital-specific MEP standards
- Work closely with vendors for equipment installation, testing, and commissioning
- Required Skills & Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in hospital MEP design and site coordination
- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing networks, fire systems, and MGPS
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate MEP drawings and multidisciplinary overlays
- Excellent communication skills — confident, presentable, and effective in client-facing discussions
- Experience in site execution, troubleshooting, and contractor management
- Understanding of hospital workflows, critical areas, and service zoning
