Location: Sector 30, Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)

- Creation of PNR, Issuance, Re-issuance, Refund, Cancellation, Date Change, Voluntary & Involuntary changes.
- Hands-on experience on issuing Domestic & International tickets using GDS Amadeus / Galileo can apply.
- Willing to work in Implants as well as Back Office.
- Handling domestic/International itineraries, destinations, corporate fares & airline updates.
- Should be comfortable in Rotational shift & Rotational Week Offs
