Hiring Sales Qualified (Agency Channel)

Products to be Handled:

- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Motor Insurance
- Experience in SME Products will be an added advantage.
- Locations:
Jammu | Himachal Pradesh | Ludhiana | Pathankot | Dharamshala | Srinagar | Ladakh

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit new Partners/POSPs to generate new business.
- Train partners on company products and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure productivity.
- Achieve business targets through the partner network.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance and service.
- Handle the retail insurance portfolio, including Health, Motor, and Property Insurance.
- Identify, communicate, and achieve premium targets with POSPs.




- Ensure regular follow-up on pending leads and references.
- Stay updated on products, processes, and industry developments by attending training sessions.
- Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in the Agency Channel.
- Candidates from the Insurance or Broking Industry will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in the regional language.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
