Experience: 10-15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Industry Preference: Interior Fit-Outs, Joinery, Furniture, Furnishing, Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Turnkey Interior Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager Estimation to lead the estimation and costing function for interior fit-out and furnishing projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, vendor coordination, and tender submissions for commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Review architectural, interior, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, and fit-out drawings for estimation purposes.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material requirement analysis.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, project execution, and business development teams.
- Analyze project costs and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Maintain cost databases,



rate analysis, and benchmarking for future projects.
- Support project handover by ensuring accurate estimation documentation.

Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in estimation and costing within the interior fit-out, furnishing, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, or related industries.
- Solid knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and installation practices related to interiors and fit-outs.
- Expertise in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project costing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software/tools.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
