Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT mandates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and drive timely closures.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain ATS updates.




• Manage candidate engagement and follow-ups until onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of core experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering Recruitment is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ownership, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
