Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing IT professionals across various technologies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and client interview schedules.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and ensure smooth joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring skill requirements.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined TAT and quality metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Required Skills

- 15 years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on Contract-to-Hire hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles across development, testing, cloud, infrastructure, data, ERP, and support domains.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Foundit, etc.
- Experience in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
