NIIT MTS is looking for an experienced Freelance Voice & Accent (V&A;) / Communication Trainer to deliver engaging and impactful communication training programs.

Job Title: Freelance Voice & Accent (V&A;) / Communication Trainer

Location: Indore

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Budget: 2K to 4K per day

Employment Type: Contract (12 Months)

Shift: Freelancing/Part-time Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Voice & Accent and Communication training sessions.
- Train learners on pronunciation, stress, intonation, and neutral/global English accent.
- Improve spoken fluency, clarity, voice modulation, and confidence.
- Conduct sessions on professional communication, presentation skills, active listening, and customer communication.
- Assess learners, provide feedback, and monitor progress.
- Maintain training reports and learner performance records.

Required Skills:

- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.




- Robust knowledge of phonetics and accent neutralization.
- Experience in Voice & Accent and Communication training.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and coach diverse learners.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in Voice & Accent/Communication Training.
- Prior experience training for American BPO/International Voice Process is highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

- Comfortable working onsite in Indore, MP.
- Immediate or early joiners preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
