Key ResponsibilitiesSales Targets:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets by executing daily beat plans.
Distributor Management:
Appoint distributors, monitor stock levels, ensure timely billing and payment collections, and track distributor ROI.
Retail Coverage:
Expand numeric and weighted distribution, increase outlet coverage, and ensure products are visible and well-merchandised.
Team Leadership:
Train, monitor,
and guide frontline sales representatives SRs and distributor salesmen to ensure effective ground-level execution.
Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights, track market trends, and relay feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASE/ASM).
Typical Requirements Education & Experience: Typically requires any 10th - PU - Digree in Sales/Marketing or a Bachelor's degree, combined with 2 to 5 years of frontline sales experience in the FMCG sector.
Skills:
Robust negotiation, distributor management, and analytical skills. Requires a high degree of mobility, comfort traveling within assigned territories, and a valid two-wheeler license.
