Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Commissioning

- Lead the planning, commissioning, and operationalization of a current healthcare facility.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure infrastructure readiness in compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH standards, fire and safety norms.
- Drive CAPEX planning, utilization, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Hospital Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations of OPD, Day Care, Diagnostics, and allied healthcare services.
- Ensure efficient patient flow, registrations, billing, appointments, and discharge processes.
- Optimize utilization of clinical and operational resources.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence.

Doctor & Clinical Management

- Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, specialists, and referral doctors.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of medical consultants.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing teams, pharmacy, technicians, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Ensure implementation of clinical protocols and infection control practices.

Business & Financial Management

- Monitor operational budgets, revenue, billing accuracy, and productivity.
- Drive patient footfall, service utilization, and operational efficiency.




- Support annual business planning and budgeting initiatives.
- Develop operational dashboards and performance metrics.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory requirements, biomedical waste management, and quality protocols.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, licensing, and accreditation activities.

Team Leadership

- Lead administrative and support teams.
- Drive manpower planning, performance management, and staff development.
- Foster a patient-centric and collaborative work culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 510 years of experience in hospital operations, medical administration, or healthcare facility management.
- Experience in hospital commissioning, infrastructure planning, or greenfield healthcare projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, NABH compliance, and quality systems.
- Demonstrated experience in doctor engagement, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, CAPEX planning, and operational performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
