Key Responsibilities

- Attend and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns of IMPET injection molding machines.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulic, pneumatic, clamping, and injection systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, cylinders, pumps, valves, couplings, seals, and guide mechanisms.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure maximum machine uptime and productivity.
- Support machine overhauls, shutdown maintenance, and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, TPM, and 5S practices.
- Monitor spare parts consumption and support inventory management.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Hands-on experience in injection molding machine maintenance, preferably IMPET/HYPET machines.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
- Knowledge of alignment, fitting, assembly, lubrication systems, and condition monitoring techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Documentation Skills

- Ability to prepare and maintain breakdown reports, maintenance logs, and shift handover reports.




- Experience in documenting root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and preventive maintenance records.
- Proficient in preparing maintenance SOPs, checklists, and equipment history records.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with SAP/CMMS maintenance systems is preferred.
