Role - Machine shop maintenance

Location - Pithampur

Academic Qualifications Btech/Diploma in Mechanical engineering

Experience 2-7 years of relevant experience of maintenance

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in major breakdowns.

2. Analyze major and repeated breakdowns.

3. Monitor and improve effectiveness of PM and PDM.

4. Assist in implementation of safety procedures.

5. Exposure to maintenance of Siemens and Fanuc CNC systems. Fanuc is preferable

6. Exposure to CNC Makino Machine Maintenance and breakdowns

7. Exposure to Fanuc and Siemens servo drives

8. Exposure to mechanical maintenance of machining centers and SPMs

9. Exposure to spare parts planning.

10. Exposure to material handling systems

11.Troubleshooting of the machine through SIEMENS PLC

Competencies/ Capabilities Required

Functional: -

1. Should be able for Maintenance of m/cs and equipment at state of art machine shop consisting of various machines like CNC Makino, Fanuc control machines , SPM machines e.g Boring, Gun drilling, Milling, Washing , leak test, hyd. Presses, Honing etc.

2. Good knowledge of Spindle assembly, Ball screw assembly & Machine slides. Thorough knowledge of mechanical assembly drawings.



He should able to read mechanical drawing. & based on this should be able to open machine sub assembly. 3. Positive knowledge of Hydraulic system including various type of pump, Cylinder, solenoids & their maintenance.

4. Good knowledge of Pneumatic system & lubrication system.

5. Should be familiar with machine controls- Fanuc, Siemens 6. Good Knowledge of Fixture maintenance & gear box maintenance. 7. Good interpersonal skill & should able to manage shift. 8. Valuable in spare parts planning & requirement generation. 9. Good in Preventive & predictive maintenance planning & execution. 10. Carry out of maintenance basics like Daily data updating, MIS readiness, BD analysis and countermeasures & easy for work with SAP system.

11. Strengthening in daily work management. 12. Should be knowledge of IATF (ISO-16949), OHSAS & TPM.

13. Well versed in horizontal deployment of Kaizens & improvements.

14. Well versed in cost saving projects.

15. Well versed in Stand by readiness.

16. Exposure to ISO 9000 & 14000,TPM & SAP
