Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive to develop
and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and
support sales and investment campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in real
estate marketing, digital campaigns, channel partner management, event coordination, and
customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential plotted development
projects.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &
Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and creative teams for campaign
execution.
Identify and approach High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs, family
offices, corporate investors, institutional investors, and strategic partners.

Build and maintain a strong investor network.

Present investment opportunities, business plans, financial projections, and project
presentations.
Generate high-quality leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.
Organise property expos, investor meets, launch events, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral
networks.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage company website updates and social media platforms.
Support investor presentations and project launch activities.




Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA (Marketing), or
related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in real estate marketing.
Experience working with developers, builders, or real estate marketing firms is
preferred.
