Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries for UK clients
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy
• Follow up with customers when required
• Use proper tools to provide accurate information
• Maintain flexibility with rotational shifts
Eligibility:
• Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
• Good English communication skills required
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
