Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, verifying customer and account details, resolving queries related to orders, billing, and basic troubleshooting, while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers
- Verify customer and account information accurately
- Resolve queries related to orders, billing, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
- Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs
- Customer-focused attitude
Preferred Skills
- Prior International Voice/BPO experience
- Neutral accent
- Knowledge of CRM tools
