Job Description:

We are looking for a Line Supervisor to oversee daily production line operations at our Goharganj facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machine operations, maintain quality standards, and support production targets on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production line activities
- Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime
- Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards
- Guide and manage line operators/workers to meet production targets
- Maintain production records and report deviations
- Support troubleshooting of process/machine-related issues
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams as needed

Eligibility:

- Diploma in CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology) is mandatory
- 0–4 years of relevant experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of plastic processing/molding operations preferred
