Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for Listed Companies, including statutory and regulatory filings.
- Lead the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning process.
- Manage statutory, internal, tax, and secretarial audits while coordinating with auditors.
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle treasury operations, cash flow management, banking relationships, and fund planning.




- Develop financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely MIS reporting and provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust knowledge of IND AS, Financial Reporting, Listed Company Compliance, Taxation, Treasury Management, Budgeting, and Audit.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
