We are looking for an experienced legal qualified to support contract drafting, vetting, negotiation, and contract management.
The role involves drafting, vetting, negotiation of domestic & international agreement in close collaboration with business teams, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Drafting, vetting, and negotiation of various domestic and international agreements
- Identifying contractual risks and recommending appropriate safeguards
- Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, internal policies, and compliance requirements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support commercial and operational objectives
Preferred Profile :-
- 7 to 12 years of experience in drafting, vetting and negotiation of domestic and international agreements.
- LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
