Senior Consultant/Manager RD, Supply Chain Commercial (Life Sciences) Service line: Business Consulting | Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Hyderabad | Experience: 8-14 years

Role Overview Lead cross-functional transformation programs across RD, Supply Chain and Commercial functions for global life sciences clients. Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, governance, stakeholder management and value realization across complex, multi-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program management across RD, Supply Chain and Commercial workstreams
- Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies and risks
- Establish governance including RAID logs, executive updates and steering forums
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, operations, and technology teams
- Manage program financials and benefits realization




- Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support transitions, knowledge transfer and stabilization phases
- Identify risks and drive mitigation across functions

Skills Experience

- Strong program / portfolio management across large-scale transformation programs
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across RD, Commercial and Supply Chain
- Clinical trial management, regulatory operations and quality processes (RD)
- Demand planning, logistics, inventory and supply chain performance management
- Brand planning, campaign management, launch excellence and field force enablement
- Experience in process optimization, digital transformation and analytics-led decision making
- Exposure to ERP, CRM and data platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Veeva etc.)
- Strong structured problem-solving and consulting delivery experience

To Qualify

- 8-14 years experience in program management or transformation roles
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional programs
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Bachelor s degree; MBA preferred
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
- Good to Have
- Experience in GBS / GCC environments
- Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience
- Exposure to global transformation programs
