Job Title

Trainer Market Research & Business Analytics

Role Purpose

The Trainer will be responsible for preparing learners in Market Research and Business Analytics roles through structured training, assessments, and employability readiness interventions. The trainer will ensure learners are equipped with analytical, communication, research, and presentation skills aligned with industry expectations and client hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on:
- Market Research fundamentals
- Primary and secondary research methodologies
- Survey design and data collection
- Market trend and competitor analysis
- Customer behavior analysis
- Business communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business reporting

Learner Readiness & Employability

- Prepare learners for Work from Office (WFO) internship environments.
- Brief learners on internship expectations, role responsibilities, and selection stages.
- Conduct mock interviews, communication assessments, and presentation evaluations.
- Support learners in building professional reports and presentation decks.

Assessment & Performance Tracking

- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, assessments, projects, and presentations.
- Identify learners requiring additional support and conduct intervention sessions.
- Ensure learners meet the skill expectations before profile sharing with employers.

Client & Process Alignment

- Align training delivery with Nexdigm hiring expectations and assessment processes.
- Coordinate with mobilisation and TEM teams for learner validation and screening.




- Ensure learners understand that LOI issuance is subject to final interview and assessment clearance.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain learner attendance, assessment records, progress trackers, and completion reports.
- Share periodic performance updates with internal stakeholders and placement teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
- Prior experience in training, market research, business analytics, or employability programs preferred.
- Experience in handling internship readiness or corporate training programs is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of market research concepts and business analysis.
- Excellent facilitation and classroom management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate learners from diverse educational backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

- Experience conducting employability or internship readiness training.
- Exposure to primary research projects, surveys, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with corporate hiring processes and interview preparation.
