Should have exp. in process training for BPO in customer service
Monitor recent employee training
Design&develop; training materials as required for coaching purpose
Aware of all training related metrics ie;TNA,TNI,throughput and many more
Required Candidate profile
Min. 2 years of experience total 2 years exp as a Trainer on papers in a BPO company
Open to work in rotational shifts
Aware about TNA&TNI; process
Excellent Communication & presentation skills
