We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at Genex Hygiene. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hygiene industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hygiene industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
