Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Lead Manager US IT Recruitment to lead and manage a team of US IT Recruiters while ensuring timely delivery of client requirements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in full-cycle US IT recruitment, team leadership, client coordination, and delivery management. The candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving hiring targets across Direct Client, MSP, and VMS accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to achieve hiring and delivery targets.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Handle hiring for Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Assign requisitions based on recruiter expertise and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely submissions, interviews, offers, and successful placements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve team productivity and delivery quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Clients, and Vendors.
- Track team performance through KPIs, SLAs, submissions, interviews,



offers, and placements.
- Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Resolve delivery challenges and recruitment escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring guidelines and recruitment processes.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to management.
- Train and onboard current recruiters on recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and client expectations.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
