Role & responsibilities

Lead production and plant operations ,

- Provide engineering and maintenance support to the Factory.

- Drive productivity, quality, cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, safety and statutory requirements.
- Develop and lead high-performing manufacturing teams., Manufacturing, Quality, Factory, plant, Man management, safety, HR, , Admin,

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 20 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Age preferably below 52 years.
- BE / BTech Mechanical Degree
- Should possess strong leadership, people management and operational excellence skills.
- Candidates may be considered from any manufacturing industry; however, preference will be given to those from FMCG, Food & Beverage, Tea or Coffee industries.
- Robust exposure to production, engineering, maintenance, quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Willing to be based at Ottakkalmandapam, Coimbatore.
