Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and high-performance user-facing features using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Architect and implement Microfrontend-based frontend applications enabling modular and independently deployable UI components.
- Build reusable, maintainable UI components and shared libraries for use across multiple applications.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Implement and manage application state using Redux, Easy Peasy, or similar state management solutions.
- Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate AI-powered services and intelligent workflows into frontend applications.
- Work closely with product and design teams to translate evolving requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve architecture, performance, and user experience.
- Stay current with modern frontend technologies, TypeScript best practices, AI ecosystems, and emerging development practices.

Requirements

- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development .
- Strong expertise in ReactJS and its core principles.
- Strong experience with TypeScript for building scalable frontend applications.




- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Easy Peasy, or similar store architectures.
- Experience with functional programming using ReactJS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+) specifications.
- Experience implementing Micro frontend architectures using tools such as Module Federation, Single-SPA, or similar approaches.
- Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture and component-driven development.
- Experience with data structure and utility libraries (e.g., ImmutableJS, Lodash, Axios).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern API integration patterns.
- Experience using version control tools such as Git.
- Experience optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating AI-powered services or third-party AI APIs into web applications.
- Familiarity with AI-driven user experiences such as copilots, intelligent workflows, or conversational interfaces.
- Experience with Storybook or component-driven development tools.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise applications.
- Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.
