Drive team targets for walk-ins and sales, ensuring team building and effective team management.

Design and execute monthly and quarterly sourcing plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate references and boost sales.

Conduct market research and surveys to assist in sourcing deals.

Engage actively in channel partner engagement programs to develop long-term relationships.

Ensure a solid relationship with working Channel Partners and the closing team to maintain business continuity.
