- Experience and Proven Track Record in Sales, Customer Services & Marketing functions with a reputed Luxury Jewellry Brand or a reputed Luxury Brand in the Retail sector in India.
- Ability to build & drive the store level P&L; for a Luxury Brand in Jewellry or Luxury Retail segment
- Experience in effectively building and executing, offline BTL and Sales activation activities to achieve brand awareness & traffic generation to store at a regional level
- Proven track record in effective & productive management and driving a team size of 05 to 10
- Proven track record in Luxury Sales, Corporate Tie-ups and Customer Relation-ship/retention
- Implementation of sales strategy through existing and new database
- Proven Track record in implementation of CRM programs
- Ability to manage all Financial & OPS reporting processes related to S&M; activities.
- Ability to adapt to retail operations at store along-with financial OPS (Billing, Purchase & inventory management and Sales related records & reports)
- Ability to provide excellent frontline support to customers and ensuring absolute satisfaction with regards to product, services & overall experience
- Ability to performing basic administrative tasks, play an active role in mentoring the subordinates and ensure overall growth of the team and company
- Ability to analyze & forecast demands, market trends and competitors strategies and keeping self and management updated with local activities conducted by other brands
- Plan & execute brand budgets efficiently and effectively
- Conceptualize, Execute, and Manage Marketing programs and campaigns
Key Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institute in India
- Min. 08-10 years of successful track record in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Operations at Regional level with a reputed Luxury Jewellry brand or Luxury Retail brand in India
- A Team Leader with strong communication & presentation skills
