Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documentation, and ensure timely payments.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely submission of invoices.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to GST and TDS.

- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparation of provisions and prepaid expense schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable process and basic accounting principles.

- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP/Tally/ERP).





- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
