- Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

- Experience: 6 to 10 Years (Manufacturing Industry / Recruitment Consulting)

- Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose: To manage end-to-end talent acquisition for manufacturing operations by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent across the functions, and leadership roles, ensuring timely closures, quality hires, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Aftermarket, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply chain, Projects, and leadership positions.
- Work closely with Functional leaders, and HRBPs to understand manpower plans, job requirements, and hiring timelines and conduct regular review meetings with department managers
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting for critical positions and build Talent Pipeline
- Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, behavioural competencies,



and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, trade tests, and technical evaluations
- Manage offer discussions, compensation benchmarking, and negotiation in line with internal parity and approval matrix.
- Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding
- Support mass hiring, ramp-up projects, greenfield / brownfield plant expansions
- Maintain updated MIS dashboards and provide weekly reports to leadership.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies & Support continuous improvement

Educational Qualification - MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent
