Key Responsibilities
Assist with implementation of policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance, and the preparation and regular update of the HSK Department Budget, in cooperation with the HSK Manager ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
Check all daily arrival VIP rooms, special guest rooms, long stay guest rooms and welcome amenities to ensure they are being appropriately set up.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and FOH, BOH areas ensuring standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Work closely with Front Office and Engineering Department to make sure that rooms are blocked accordingly for maintenance.
Assist in controlling the overall operating expenses.
Responsible for maintaining quality of product and ensuring consistency in its delivery and standards.
Analyze variances and monitor the impact of initiatives and corrective actions.
Work in support of team goals and measure effectiveness by the quality of decision making at the senior level as well as through the profit and service performance at the individual unit level.
