Key Responsibilities
Conduct Surgical Oncology OPD consultations
Evaluate and manage patients with benign and malignant tumors
Perform elective and emergency oncological surgeries independently
Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
Coordinate with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, and ICU teams for multidisciplinary cancer care
Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, and prognosis
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operative records
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
