Presidency School is one of Bengaluru's leading educational institutions, committed to academic excellence and holistic student development. We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to strengthen our Admissions Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, telephonic, email, website, and social media admission enquiries.
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, and admission process.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by providing exceptional counselling and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM and ensure accurate admission records.
- Conduct campus tours and explain the school's unique offerings to prospective parents.
- Build and nurture relationships with parents throughout the admission journey.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, and Administration teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, education fairs, open houses, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly admission reports for the management.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and Kannada will be an added advantage).
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with proven admission conversion experience.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in School/College admissions, educational counselling, or academic sales.
- Prior experience in reputed schools or educational institutions is highly preferred.
